Descriptions
Provides financial assistance for surgical services paid partially or all of the medical surgery cost. Offers advocacy for patients to understand their medical diagnosis and access care they require. Also assists patients in obtaining surgical procedures, health education, and preventative health screenings.
Eligibility
Income-eligible individuals with no medical insurance. For surgeries, they must be with approved physicians
