Program: DISABILITY INFORMATION AND ACCESS LINE (DIAL)

Agency: ADMINISTRATION FOR COMMUNITY LIVING (ACL)

Descriptions

Offers a hotline to help individuals with disabilities get vaccinated. Services include:

  • Help find local vaccination locations
  • Assist with making vaccination appointments
  • Provide information and resources to answer questions and address concerns about the vaccine

Also connects individuals to local services such as food, housing, and transportation for their vaccination appointment.

Note: DIAL is operated as a collaboration between a consortium of organizations serving people with disabilities and the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a).
