Clients may share their concerns on life challenges before they have reached their crisis point. Callers have a limit of three calls every 24 hours.

When calling for services, listen to phone options. Spanish recording is followed by the English recording. During times of high call volumes, you might be required to leave a voicemail and receive a call back.
