Descriptions
Connects eligible seniors with local ophthalmologists who provide a free eye exam. This includes up to one year of follow-up care for any condition diagnosed during the initial exam.
Eligibility
Must
-Be 65 years of age or older.
-United States citizens or legal resident.
-Not seen an ophthalmologist in 3 years or more.
-Not belong to an HMO or receive VA eyecare benefits.
