Descriptions
Preserves and teaches about the diverse native plants of California. Defines the distribution and status of rare and endangered plants. Holds meetings and field trips to educate the public about California's native flora.
Consults with local, state, and federal officials about plant issues. Provides data on the distribution and content of natural communities and plant stands. Chapters throughout the state hold plant sales, hikes, garden tours, and other activities.
