Responsible for receiving all complaints of a violation to the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code that CDD has authority to enforce, such as Building, Planning, Solid Waste and Environmental Health. Typical types of complaints received are related to violations such as:
- Building without a permit
- Failed septic systems
- Illegal home occupations
- Illegal Cannabis
- Living in an RV for more than 30 days
- Illegal storage of Solid Waste
