Descriptions
Provides early intervention services for children ages birth to three. Families and caregivers with concerns about the development of a child may have an assessment conducted at no cost. Concerns may include delays in communication, motor, problem-solving, social, or cognitive skills. Developmental assessment helps determine a child's needs. Services are tailored to each child based on the level of delay experienced. Services include:
- Case management
- Behavioral services
- Physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy
Eligibility
Parents, caregivers, or medical doctor may refer a child who is under 3 years old and is suspected of having a developmental delay

Call or visit during program hours for intake
