Descriptions
Provides supportive services and coordination of care for individuals with or who may have a developmental disability. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Advocacy
- Case management
- Daily living skills training
- Evaluation and diagnosis
- Assistance with personal care
- Adaptive equipment and supplies
- Coordination of physical, occupational, and speech therapy
- Information and referral to services related to developmental disabilities
