Provides support to persons living with HIV and AIDS. Services include:
- Advocacy
- Transportation
- Benefit counseling
- Case management
- Medication assistance
- Rent/utilities assistance
Eligibility
Persons living with HIV or AIDS
Must be resident of Calaveras, Amador, or Tuolumne Counties
Application Process
Call for additional information and to make an appointment. If you are unable to visit the office, a case manager may be able to arrange a home appointment.
Documents
Proof of HIV+ diagnosis, proof of residency, verification of income (Must be below 500% of federal poverty level).
